This is subject to a Judge’s usual discretion to determine that in particular cases, only certain people should be present during the hearing, or that certain people are not to be present during the hearing. If a member of the public wishes to observe a hearing, or listen in to a hearing, please contact the Chambers of the presiding Judge via email (see email addresses for judges chambers) by 8.30am AEST on the morning of the hearing.
